Cook Street Medical Clinic is an established, purpose-built primary care clinic located in the heart of downtown Victoria. The clinic provides full-service longitudinal primary care in a supportive, community-oriented setting and plays an important role in improving access to care for local residents.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary care. This opportunity is well suited to an NP looking to build a sustainable practice within a collaborative and well-supported clinic environment.

The Clinic

1. Purpose-built primary care clinic in downtown Victoria
2. 4 fully equipped exam rooms
3. Designed to support up to 3 primary care providers, including family physicians and nurse practitioners
4. Flexible scheduling options, with part-time or full-time practice available
5. Strong emphasis on work-life balance and sustainable practice models

Support & Team

Cook Street Medical Clinic is supported by an exceptional Medical Office Assistant (MOA) team and an experienced clinic manager, ensuring efficient clinic operations and a positive experience for both patients and providers.

The clinic is proudly owned and operated by the South Island Primary Care Society, a community-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to primary care across South Vancouver Island. The Society provides full administrative, operational, and leadership support—allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care without the burden of running a business.
