Cook Street Medical Clinic is an established, purpose-built primary care clinic located in downtown Victoria. The clinic provides full-service longitudinal family practice in a supportive, community-focused setting and plays an important role in improving access to primary care for residents in the urban core.

We are currently recruiting a Family Physician to join our team and build a sustainable longitudinal family practice. This opportunity is well suited to physicians seeking flexibility, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on patient care without the burden of clinic ownership or management.

Clinic Environment & Support

1. Purpose-built clinic with 4 fully equipped exam rooms
2. Designed to support up to 3 primary care providers

4. Administrative, operational, and leadership support provided
5. No responsibility for clinic overhead or business management

Compensation

1. Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) payment model
2. New-to-practice arrangements available where applicable
3. Details to be discussed based on experience and practice goals

Cook Street Medical Clinic is proudly owned and operated by the South Island Primary Care Society, a community-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to primary care across South Vancouver Island. The Society manages clinic operations and administrative functions so physicians can focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
