Colwood Family Practice

Colwood Family Practice is a community-based clinic providing both longitudinal family practice and urgent care services to the City of Colwood. The clinic is home to five full-time family physicians and plays a vital role in ensuring residents have access to timely, high-quality primary care.

As community needs continue to grow, Colwood Family Practice is working toward expanding urgent care hours to improve access for patients and reduce pressure on emergency services.

The clinic is proudly owned and operated by the South Island Primary Care Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to primary care across the South Island by supporting sustainable, team-based clinics.
