Goldstream Medical Clinic is a brand-new, purpose-built primary care clinic in Langford, BC, created to address the growing need for access to longitudinal primary care in the Westshore. With more than 50,000 people across the South Island still unattached to a primary care provider, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to build a sustainable family practice while making a direct community impact.

The clinic features 14 fully equipped exam rooms and is designed to support a final complement of up to 10 primary care providers. Goldstream Medical Clinic offers flexible scheduling, welcoming physicians seeking part-time or full-time practice in a supportive, team-based environment.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting Family Physicians to establish or continue longitudinal family practices with strong support for patient attachment. This role is ideal for:

1. Physicians seeking a stable, well-supported practice environment
2. Physicians interested in flexible scheduling and work-life balance
3. New-to-practice physicians looking for structured support and mentorship
4. Experienced physicians transitioning into the LFP payment model

Patient attachment is supported through the Health Connect Registry, enabling physicians to efficiently build their panel to provincial targets.

Payment Models

1. Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) Payment Model, or
2. New-to-Practice Contract, with structured onboarding and panel-building support
